Charitable Giving

Your Christmas Lists...

Raj Attiken, President

The Christmas season invites us to open our hearts to God and His gifts. It is a season that kindles the flame of generosity and charity in our hearts. Our gift-giving generally benefits family and close friends. We invite you to consider adding one or more of the following to your gift-list:

  • A gift to a cause or ministry within your local church: most churches have ministry projects that could benefit from increased funding. How about adding one of these ministries to your gift list?
  • A gift to a family in your church or community for whom this Christmas is likely to be a difficult season due to loss of employment, loss of health in a family member, or other reversal in their home.
  • A gift to support the ministries occurring on university campuses in Ohio. Currently, Adventist Christian Fellowship has an active presence in five campuses, touching the lives of Adventist and other students who are away from their homes. Funds are needed to continue and expand this ministry.
  • A gift to support students who need financial scholarships to attend Mount Vernon Academy. Every year we have students who are not admitted to MVA for financial reasons; there also are students who enroll but are not able to complete their year because of a lack of funds.
  • A gift to add two bathhouses at your Camp and Retreat Center in central Ohio. Camp Mohaven serves children, youth, church and community groups through its year-round programs and activities.

Whether your gift is large or small, you will experience the joy of knowing that you blessed someone else with the blessings that God has lavished on you.

Thank you for being generous with your offerings and tithes throughout this year for advancing the kingdom mission of the Church in your local community and in Ohio. May the warmth and gladness of this Christmas season bring you love, hope, and peace.
